The objective with the outsourced business model is for CPM Thailand to drive sales of Marshall speakers, Adidas headphones, and Hurom slow juicer in Thailand and support ASH Asia with HR management including training of promoters and product consultants, planning & implementation of in-store activities, and programs/campaigns execution.
Overview
CPM Thailand is ASH’s outsourcing partner for sales, marketing and promotional execution of their brands in Thailand.
Client Objectives
Driving sales and brand advocacy of various brand and assisting ASH Asia in promoting different products at different market stages while building on relationship with store managers.
The Solutions
▪ Drive sell-out of leading brands clients such as Marshall speakers, Adidas headphones, and Hurom slow juicer in targeted retail accounts.
▪ Manage trade shows and special events with key retail partners.
▪ Promote & accelerate event sales
▪ Executive visual merchandising activities to advocate branding in stores
▪ Recruit, train and manage a team of Product Advisors & Promoters.
▪ Strengthen storytelling and other sales skills of Product Advisers & Promoters thru in-house training curriculum
▪ Closely monitor sales data of both Product Advisors & Promoters to ensure sales targets are achieved.
▪ Support ASH with reports & analysis.
